1 Introduction

Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements at any point in time will render these Terms void with respect to the affected Player, and dtv99 may take any action it deems necessary, including account closure and forfeiture of balances where fraud or misrepresentation is established.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and account services offered by dtv99, you must complete the registration process and create a Player account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (registered to your bKash, Nagad, or other designated payment method account), and a username and password of your choosing.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including misrepresentation of age, name, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active dtv99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dtv99 reserves the right to close all but one account, to cancel any bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts, and to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials at all times. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any other authentication information with any third party. dtv99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments, dtv99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all players prior to processing the first withdrawal request and at any subsequent time that dtv99 deems appropriate.

4.1 Documents Required

4.2 Verification Timelines

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Failure to complete wagering within the validity window will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance.

dtv99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. dtv99 further reserves the right to decline to award a bonus, or to reclaim a bonus from a player's account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the terms of the promotion have been or are being abused.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the dtv99 Platform is subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, together with the general principles set out in this section.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

dtv99 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision. A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are pending confirmation at the time of a disconnection or technical fault will be treated in accordance with the technical fault provisions below.

7.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Odds for cricket matches including BPL fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, and IPL markets are set by dtv99's trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the state of play at the moment of acceptance — any bet placed after a material event (such as a wicket or boundary) but before the market has updated will be settled at the odds applicable at the confirmed time of acceptance.

7.3 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, dtv99 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and to return the staked amount to the player's account balance. 7.4 Obvious Errors

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dtv99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial means to access, interact with, or extract value from the Platform or any game.
• Collusion with other players, the Platform's own representatives, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any communication with individuals involved in any sporting event on which bets are placed through dtv99.
• Money laundering — using the Platform as a vehicle to convert, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks — initiating payment disputes or chargebacks against deposits that have been legitimately credited and wagered.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonus offers or circumventing account restrictions.
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to tamper with the Platform's software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure.
• Using another player's account credentials or allowing another individual to use your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Suspension & Termination

dtv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The player is or has become ineligible to use the Platform under the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of Terms, dtv99 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms
